Easy to track, easy ROI reporting for all campaigns in one place as well as having access from multiple devices is great! I wish there was an option available so that our users could have their own custom dashboards with different metrics than what we are currently using (eCPM/CTR).

Also would be nice if they added more filters or options like gender targeting within each platform level such as 'Campaign' vs.'Ad'. Great tool overall but definitely not perfect yet it does give us many tools at once which makes life easier when running facebook marketing efforts across several platforms simultaneously.-Ease tracking -Easy Reporting-Great customer service.
