High speed transfer for all your digital needs

I use this adapter to upload images to my iPad Pro for editing. It used to take 5x as long to transfer files for editing because I was limited by the USB 2.0 speed of my sdxc card reader. This hub transfers data at USB 3.0 speeds, resulting in approximately ten times the transfer time. If RAW photos exceed 42 megabytes each, the transfer will take anywhere from two to fifteen minutes. With this hub, it's only part of the time. I use it with my 3rd gen iPad Pro and iMac 21.5 desktop. The flexibility of this hub is fantastic, it can be used as a card reader and with additional HDMI support as a 4K monitor. Best $22 I've Spent.
