This is an amazing protein powder if you want it to absorb more slowly. I do strength training most days of the week and I like to take it before bed to help with muscle recovery and growth while I sleep. It's also a great first morning when I need something to help me stay full longer. The taste is good, mixes easily with water in a shaker. Even better in a smoothie with other ingredients to complete the lovely chocolate flavor. I have no digestive issues from Levels 100% micellar casein protein. That it will be fairly low in calories and carbs is a win too, and I appreciate the amino acid breakdown on the container. Maybe it would be a little less salt, but that's a small detail.
