Review on ADJ Products TT-HEADSHELL: A High-Quality Turntable Cartridge for Optimal Sound Performance by Robert Moloney

This shell is almost identical in appearance, weight and design to Technics OEM shells. It goes very well with the Numark Groove Tool Cart and Stylus, both of which are highly rated here at Revain. I'm attaching a photo to this review mounted on an MCS 6601 turntable, something like a Technics SL-1900 or SL-2000, great tables. No frills, quality headshell for the money. Be sure to download and print out an installation protractor to align the cartridge in the shell so there is no noise. You should do this every time you move the cart to a new shell. The Baerwald alignment is probably the easiest for beginners, and the VinylEngine website has alignment tools that can be printed out for free download. If you see reviews complaining about noise in this product, there's a good chance the reviewer misaligned their cased cartridge!
