Mild carbon steel makes tool splines easier to remove

I purchased this tool and blew the splines off one of the two drives on the first use. After that I went and bought a Park FR-5.2. The Park version is made from the correct tool steel, it's a lot heavier and also seems better machined so there's no play. I wouldn't bother with that option, spend a little more and get a parka version that really lasts.
