I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

I have considerable experience in using the company's audio equipment and must state the instability of quality.
The NW-ZX2 audiophile player played excellent lossless, but “stammered” on deezer and google music (they were not recognized as a warranty case), the mentioned MDR-1000x headphones are fine for everyone, but the plastic of the bow turned out to be a weak point, as many as two SRS-XB41 speakers rattled at certain low frequencies, the WF-1000XM3 wireless earbuds are not bad for the format, but quiet for me and have a very scratchy body

Pros

The sound is very impressive, I'm completely satisfied. The volume is sufficient (which was lacking, for example, in the WF-1000xm3) Convenient personalization in the application, many functions to customize the device for yourself. They sit comfortably on the head.

Cons

The "soft touch" material is bewildering. Similar coatings are usually found on relatively cheap Chinese products. Moreover, there is a suspicion that it is not particularly resistant to external influences. Fingerprints are very visible. After the old MDR-1000x with the "leather" outer part of the cups, leaving only positive tactile and visual impressions, I feel disappointed with this completely soft-touch-plastic product. The buttons have also changed for the worse - both in design and quantity (although, can be customized) Ears sweat during exercise, but this is predictable.
