Ideal for tightening the swing
In the winter months I put one of these on the stick and swing the stick inside. I do 20-30 shots a day and have found that it helps me maintain my shot speed (a losing battle at my age) into next season. I keep the second ring in my golf bag for use on the course. Using two rings adds too much weight to me. But try this to see if it works for you.
