Functional but not well designed.

This product looks good once installed, but it is understandable why the manufacturer did not include any screws and it is probably because the product's mounting holes do not match Toyota ISO DIN . brackets. My Toyota is a 1999 model so it should be compatible. Thankfully, the product's plastic pins fit and lock the mount. I will try to stop buying kits from American International.
