I like the height of this product. My cat stands when she pees and I was having issues finding a box that was tall enough to avoid the pee dripping over. The design also is nice because it doesn't take up to much floor space and has an overall sleek design.That being said, for the cost of the box, I expected a better litter scoop. I shouldn't have to buy a separate scoop when I am paying close to $200 for the box. The one provided with the box is nice because it clips onto the box itself. But, the handle area has these open squares in it that collect liter as you are scooping. I also think the scoop is too narrow. ModKat should consider redesigning the scoop - i.e., close the open square areas on the handle and widen the scoop.
