Addendum 21 April 2020 See complaint below. I have emailed Bubba Blade Customer Service and explained the problem. Within one (1) week they sent me a new replacement knife. The new knife works great. They support your product and are easy to use. Now a satisfied customer! Captain. Mike 🎣 March 2020 I'm a fishing guide and I fish about 175-200 days a year. Fillet a lot of fish for my customers. I bought a cordless Bubba Li-Ion fillet knife about two months ago. Has worked for a good month. The problems I'm having now are: 1) One of the batteries won't charge 2) After 15-20 minutes of use, the motor locks up. You must remove the battery to turn it off. I expected more from Bubba Blade - the knife was very expensive. My customers will not buy Bubba Blade.
