Painted the top of our coffee table and works great

I have no primer and only needed two coats. I left it for 24 hours and it was great. I have to wipe it often, but it's a chalkboard! I have three small children who are NOT easy to deal with, we drew roads and rolled cars on them, they dance, jump and lie on this table and it stops. :) The bottom and sides have been painted with chalk, the finish is different.
