Dissatisfied with the Shower Products Offered by PrettyHome

I went to PrettyHome not too long ago to buy some shower goods, and I'm sorry to say that my experience there was not very satisfying at all. In spite of the fact that their products appeared to be of high quality on their website, I was disappointed with the actual product. To begin, the quality of the shower curtains I ordered was not nearly as excellent as I had anticipated it would be. The fabric appeared to be made of very thin and flimsy material, and after only a few usage, I observed that the edges had begun to fray. In addition, the hooks that were included with the curtains were not particularly sturdy, and I discovered that the curtains frequently came loose from their attachments while I was in the shower. In addition, contrary to what was claimed, the liners that I bought were not particularly eco-friendly. After conducting additional study, I found that they comprised hazardous substances that are not suitable for the natural environment. When I tried to contact PrettyHome's customer service team to voice my issues, I was given a response that was both sluggish and useless. This made the situation even more frustrating. It took several days for me to obtain a response, and even after that, they refused to provide either a refund or a replacement for the defective products I had purchased. The shower goods sold by PrettyHome are not ones that I would recommend purchasing. Their items did not meet expectations in terms of both their quality and their kindness to the environment, and their customer service was subpar.

Pros
  • available designs come in a variety.
Cons
  • Possibly pricey goods are available.
