The team has done excellent work for us from start to finish! I highly recommend their expertise as they are very knowledgeable about our industry (mortgage banking) and have been able to provide great insights that we can act upon immediately after each engagement session. We've had some challenges getting things set up correctly but Kim was always helpful via email or phone call when questions arose during implementation. Nothing so far - everything's going smoothly!! Would definitely engage again if needed at any point down the road. Our organization realized it didn't know enough about its customers' needs/wants nor how best to reach out to those consumers who were seeking products like ours. Through several engagements spanning over two years, Wim Agency helped us define what exactly these consumer segments wanted so we could better tailor messaging across multiple channels. Their knowledge base regarding current market dynamics allowed me to feel confident my internal teams would be well-equipped to understand new opportunities emerging.
