I have been dealing with extremely dry hands and cracking on my fingertips this winter, it has been so discouraging and very painful. Needed something to help with the extreme dryness and, so far, this seems to help. I appreciate that it is perfume free and it doesn't sting when applying it to the cracked spots.It does feel greasy at first but after several minutes it seems to fully absorb, and the greasy feeling is gone. Great for putting on at bedtime. Will keep using!
