Review on 🍽️ Chop Sabers Light Up LightSaber Chopsticks: Experience Illuminating Dining with 4 Pairs of Dynamic Colors (Red, Blue, Green, Purple) by Austin Arvayo

I bought these as a surprise for my Star Wars fan. Problem is when I got them everything worked great except for one of the green chopsticks. The battery in one of the green sticks did not light up. I immediately followed the instruction card and contacted the seller through the Facebook manager. A day later I get a message basically asking me to send a video or photo of what was wrong. However, when I sent the original message, I actually gave them a 30 second video stating that whoever replies is not reading the messages, just sending a generic reply. As soon as I pointed this out to them, they told me to take apart the other chopsticks and use their batteries to test. It would be nice if the product used standard AA batteries and you didn't have to remove the tiny batteries. Meanwhile, the screws are absolutely tiny and that would have put me at risk of damaging the product from the start. So instead of wasting time all the time, I send them back and they can take them apart and test them. As a seller, this type of due diligence should have been performed before the item was shipped to the buyer. So be careful.
