Great but I hate the a la carte prices

Definitely the best hydro waist pack. I have tried many other well known brands. This one does 2 things better - stay in place and keep the water cool and insulated. I did this on a 4 hour bike ride in the Texas summer heat and the water stays cold the entire time. Another thing is that it's light enough that your back doesn't sweat. You hardly notice that he is with you. Also, unlike other waist packs I've tried, it doesn't slide down while you wear it. I think it's because it has a velcro strap at the waist and then another clip that goes over it. Most other pouches fall off about 30 minutes after attachment, either through exercise or bladder emptying. In any case, it's quite annoying when that happens. Finally, the supplied hydration bladder is very easy to clean - in contrast to some other hydration bladders. The only downside to this package is that EVERYTHING is on the menu. You buy the package separately, then you need to buy the included hydration bladder, and then you need to buy the magnet that holds the hydration tube in place. All in all you lost almost $200 making this backpack quite expensive but worth the money in my opinion.
