Great if you fix it!
This is a 5 star product if you stick on the top and bottom inserts. Use something like welder's glue that works well with plastic. Just touch each of the inserts lightly so they don't slide out when you insert your phone. Also, make sure to push the phone holder firmly into the dual slots on the mount until it snaps into place. I plan to order a few more of these for different vehicles so I'm very satisfied. I use with Samsung Megs 6.3 - a phone that everyone gives 5 stars.
