I bought this for my mum and added extended coverage so we don't have to worry about her having a computer for 3 years. It seemed very profitable, even with the cost of the coverage. Worked for almost a year and now it doesn't load. I tried working with lighting, Square Deal, Allstate Company but they found different ways to not deal with me using the distance between me and the computer. I just visited their website and got an error message that their system is down due to COVID-19. I work in IT and manage large enterprise environments. I can't think of any legitimate reason why their system should crash or degrade due to a human virus.
