Review on MYPET North States 38 1 Essential by Sarah Brown

During assembly I had a hard time removing a couple of the end caps to attach the extensions. One in particular required a lot of extra effort, and I really scraped the crap out in the end. I contacted North States to tell them about my problem and they quickly advised me and offered to send me new hats and if I can't take them off they refund/send me new ones. I was able to take it off and they sent me new caps. I think I was just unlucky and I don't think every gate is that hard to put together, so don't let my struggles stop you! After I finally assembled it, it just looks amazing! (Ignore the 1970s wallpaper. This is my next project!) It's really good quality and I love how it adjusts and adjusts with the pivoting directional elements and locking knob. I got this to keep my little dog from sneaking into the basement and doing damage and it's perfect!
