I recently bought this to convert our dock with a side bulkhead lift. I was working with friends and when I was looking for a laser level I saw that it had good reviews recently. As for me, I needed something that could help me make sure the stakes were aligned and that we had attached the motors evenly. It is very convenient as you can mount it on a tripod or mini camera in the kit. There are also magnets. I haven't had to charge it yet, but that can be done via USB Type-C. I needed about 25 feet of range and full sun. No problem with that. In general, I haven't heard of this brand, but other similar 360 degree laser levels were more expensive with the same features.
