From overripe or stale apples, the cake will be raw and will stick to the top cover. It is not difficult for me to open it and clean it. The strainer does not need to be touched. I drive the sea buckthorn 2-3 times. Large apples have to be cut. For me this is not a problem. There is a lot of foam, but when heated (for preservation) it rises up, and it can be removed with a slotted spoon. The juice is clear again from juicy hard apples. Juicer parts do stain a little over time. But the plastic is quite reliable - they dropped it on the floor repeatedly, and nothing broke off or cracked. By the way, the service said that when squeezing stone fruits (for example, sea buckthorn), the strainer becomes dull very quickly. Therefore, it is desirable to have the second. We bought it immediately when buying a juicer, remembering the old Soviet juicers. But never once in 7 years did they use the second sieve. Perhaps, because of the blunted sieve, the cake turns out to be more wet. Last year, the juicer broke due to our fault - they pressed the apples too hard during the extraction. Sent to service. After the repair, the turbo mode began to work only at idle. Took it back again, same result. As a result, they gave 5,000 for repairs, and the juicer does not work correctly. Without turbo mode, the strainer clogs very quickly. Now we are thinking of buying another one. For our volumes (we preserve 200-300 liters of juice per season; this juice is already without foam), the Rotel juicer fits perfectly.
