Disappointed that the needles are not sharp. After you sewed some parts of the quilt together, the needle started making a dull sound when going through regular cotton fabric (you know the needle makes a sound when you need to change needles). I have never used and thought about using Schmetz needles. would save me some money; but if the needles only stay sharp 1/5 the time than needles in a single pack then that costs me more than buying separate packs which are much easier to use and dose. I have found that 100 needles packed together in a box of about 1" x 2" makes it very difficult to pick one needle at a time. I think it's about buying them back at the store, which cost a little more but last at least 5 times as long.
