Review on FSJEE Connectors Solderless Connector Gapless by Ryan Hadden

They work. But you have to know what you're doing.

I bought my daughter a 32 foot strip of waterproof Nexlus LED lights. When trying to install them I found that we would have to create a 90 degree angle to go from floor to ceiling and then start the ceiling paneling. Luckily I bought this connector kit which included the angle corner connector. The big question for me was how convenient was it to cut a 32ft strip just 6ft from the power source (end with pins). I took a bath and made a cut. Unfortunately I didn't know some of the ins and outs of using these connectors so the first hour or so was wasted and to my dismay I only had a 6 foot strip of light that worked. , I went back there the next day and found that: 1. I had to cut the waterproof silicone off the part of the strip that I was inserting into the connectors.2. You need to tuck the bare copper conductors under the silver pins of the connector. When I did it seemed to go straight in and the clamp was easy to close. After doing these two simple things, they worked like a champ. I was also concerned that the brg from my light strip matched the rgb on the connectors. This doesn't seem to be a problem though as the light works like a champ and I have a nice clean corner. Corner.

Pros
  • 4. EASY INSTALLATION: Solderless 5050 RGB connectors for strip lighting, plug and play, no tools, easy to use.
Cons
  • Non-automatic
