In my opinion, iVoler's business strategy is doomed based on my personal experience with the service. They offer low-quality goods that break down quickly and require frequent and pricey maintenance and replacement. Their maintenance service is also subpar, with unacceptable wait times and poor quality. In addition, their support staff is slow to respond and offers no solutions to problems. It's not surprising that people are shopping elsewhere for their mobile device requirements. Unless iVoler quickly implements some necessary adjustments, the company will cease to exist.
