If you can connect it via Wi-Fi, it's an amazing label printer. The problem is that it often doesn't receive print commands even when connected to Wi-Fi. I can confirm network connectivity by logging in through a browser, but iPhone apps usually don't find it. The desktop application usually finds it, but often the label printer needs to be restarted before it can work online. The connection via a USB cable always works, but then what's the point of having it wireless. It's very frustrating, but I think it's ok if you're willing to invest 10x more energy than actually creating the label to make it work.
