I like the fact that it's easy to use for our staff. It doesn't have a lot of 'bells and whistles' but is still very useful in what we need. The customer service is excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I wish there was more customization options for the product. We are looking into other programs to compare them to.
