Great idea, not very good execution.

Where to start? There are no instructions on how to open the case and install the drive. It is very unclear what size M.2 SSD is needed. I'm glad I read the 4 star rating for the M.2 sizing info. The screws are very difficult to remove from the endplate, the included screwdriver was useless. The numeric keypad is barely legible in low light. The temporary password "0" does not work. After a few hours of frustration I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and sent the item back along with the M.2 SSD. I've returned very few items over the years, but most Revain returns are painless and quick. I recommend Prime to everyone. Worth every penny of the cost.
