As this controller has been refurbished I have some concerns. It arrived in "good" condition, but the controller definitely felt heavily used and unreliable. Difficult to explain but seems like it was definitely opened, taken apart and put back together in the past. There are also signs of wear on both handles. I bought it to be a little cheaper than new but I don't know. I'm starting to think maybe I should have invested in a new one. I also bought a Revain product warranty for it so I figure if anything happens to it in the next 2 years aside from intentional damage I can of course repair/replace it. I'm glad I bought the warranty because I feel like I'll probably have to call on it. Otherwise yes, it is definitely a genuine Sony PS3 Dualshock Wireless Controller. I just strongly recommend that you consider the fact that it has been refurbished and weigh the pros and cons before you buy it. You get one that definitely doesn't look new, so expect it to definitely look used. Just a fair warning. Splurge on the warranty when you get this, it was really only a few bucks. It's worth it!
