Sharp edges, carpet is peeling and in places it's missing entirely. Dangerous for cats because it was full of sawdust and long carpet threads. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. So if the company is listening, they might want to add a thin layer of furniture or carpet padding and a thicker, good quality carpet. I am so disappointed in a product that proudly claims to be of high quality when clearly it is not. It was also poorly packaged, with no protection, but that was the least of his worries. Sawdust is a known carcinogen and this thing was coated in it. It took me 20 minutes to vacuum to remove half the dust. I was planning on replacing all of my scratching posts with this brand but now I will never buy from New Cat Condos or Prestige again. Their website made their trees and towers sound great, but they're poorly made. For me it was a test run of this brand before investing over $1000 in new trees and towers. I will turn back.
