
These links are for 2.4g WiFi only. I have 2.4 and it was difficult to connect iphone 6 and wifi. After about 20 reboots over the course of a few days, I finally have a video on my phone. Now the problem was that the camera wasn't sending me any motion detection notifications. I have verified that everything has been set up correctly in the application and phone notification settings, following the detailed instructions that came with the cameras. The first night I couldn't connect the camera to WiFi, I emailed customer service and asked them to call me. The next morning I noticed that they had emailed me that night. They sent me the same instructions as for the camera. I replied to this email and asked them to call me. Please note that there is no customer service phone number. Email only. The next day, I started noticing overnight emails again. This time I sent a new email to the support team. I told them I can't get the camera to send a motion activation alert to my phone. please ring my phone Nothing. The next morning I get an email with the instructions that came with the camera and again tells me what settings to turn on in the alarm app. I check all the settings on the phone and in the app. Restart the camera and set it up again. Same problem. This morning at 9am I sent them another email. Automatic email sends back immediately stating all support is off for the weekend. I'm sending the cameras back. The only technical support for this product is on the other side of the world. You will not make phone calls. Try a different product.
