Started out rough, worked fine. When I started I ripped off a piece of plastic, then a green sticker and a pink sticker. I could only print forms and headers in grayscale. No documents and areas that I entered in the forms. The printer's black registration worked for me. I was confused. I requested a refund and it turns out they are top notch in that area too. I took it out of the printer to return it and found a clear blue sticker on the bottom. Got it and works great! My printer is CANON MG2500.
