I like that it has many options, but dislike how sometimes you have too much information at once. Sometimes there are several messages all together which can be difficult or confusing if they're not organized well enough! Make sure you understand what each option does before using them so as to make your experience more productive. We use this mainly because of its ease of use and also we love getting our leads through their website instead of having people come into my office asking about different companies.
