Terrible customer service
Bought 2 tablets in July, one no longer has a charging port. Bad customer service. No phone number, just email. No matter how many times I explain that the charging port is not working, they tell me to reset and have a nice day. Went back and forth for several days. Never buy from them again! Stay away from them because if you have a problem, all you will get from them is "Have a nice day!".
