smaller. Not sure if it makes much of a difference to the turbo muffler as the exhaust has to do 90 anyway. Lots of perforations as well. The body is not welded as I saw mentioned in another review. Sound is decent, not as quiet as I wanted, not much if not quieter than the 40 series it replaced on cruise, same hum/resonance under load which is really disappointing. Maybe it's a bit quieter at idle and full load. Installed on a 5.4 Triton behind a factory resonator. in front of the rear wheels.
