This is GREAT! I have back problems, I even had a laminectomy and fusion surgery because a few years ago I was hit from behind and my car was wrecked. My current car has lumbar support for the driver's seat but not for the passenger seat, which is where I sit most of the time. I've used various pillows and other things to support my back, especially on long trips, but they move and need constant adjustment. At the same time, I was pleased that it fits my car seat perfectly in terms of width and length. What is great is that there is an elastic band at the top that fastens around the headrest. In my case, the protruding lumbar support is ONLY where I need it on my back. And the rest gives the rest of the seat back nice, soft and comfortable padding. I read in a review that memory foam becomes stiff in very cold weather. It's not good but I think I'll check it out. I would guess that as the car warms up with the heater on, it will soften. Again, some of the supports I've used before weren't that soft, so maybe it won't be too bad. At the moment I LOVE it. It's perfect and comfortable. Oh, by the way, mine doesn't have a bottom strap as pictured, but I don't miss it.
