Works well. The clamp that secures it to the mic stand is good (easy to tighten and won't slip off, but not difficult to loosen as it has a well-sized four-way screw cap) and the weight is good, just enough to take the stem with leaving the SM58 on to be expanded by a good, useful and functional measure. The orange color is useful for people not to stumble upon it because they might miss the black weight. If I needed another one like this, I wouldn't mind having another one like this. Just don't drop your finger!
