The ability it gives you control over your business process from anywhere anytime as long its connected online or offline via internet/3G etc., It also helps me track my stock levels which I really like about this system! Nothing much but maybe some minor glitches here n there if we are talking abt any issues faced by people using freestylesolutions products then surely they will help us resolve them quickly so i would say no problems have been found yet!! We use free style services mainly because their support team has helped many times when needed specially during holidays where our office was closed down due t he nature o f holiday season (Christmas).
