Holds your phone tight enough I wouldn't use it to mount your phone to your bike handlebars but if you want something to hold your phone on a tripod, is this enough it. A word of caution: the arms are a bit short, so you may need to remove the case from your phone to hold it. Again, you don't want huge hands that can get into the frame. If your phone is the size of an LGG3, be careful with the mount. The spring is very strong and it takes some force to get wider phones into the holder, but it holds tight so you don't have to worry about them falling out. I attached it to a mini pod with magnetic legs, hung it upside down in my office to catch my colleague sleeping (he denies sleeping at work), the phone wouldn't move. I have several monopods, tripods and mounts that work with this mount so compatibility is not an issue. Do you recommend this holder? Absolutely.
