In general - I like it; Blood pressure is not accurate when you take medication (even if you use private setting)

I bought this to keep track of various items while on the road to better health. The main benefit for me was the BP tracking. This is one area where the clock has failed (see below). Likes: - convenience (I wear it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when I take a shower) - the bracelet stays attached - the options available on the watch itself (timer, stopwatch, running, heart rate, etc.). blood pressure, etc.) - sleep tracking - SPO2%, apnea episodes, respiratory rate, hypoxia time, etc. - graphs in the application - ease of use - ECG function to visualize heart rate - you can even use the running function on the watch during walking time - tracks all Data. (See Dislikes in app issue) - big # on time - take photos while turning wrist - I don't usually use this but sometimes when I'm "out of control" - reminder to get up and walk around - reminder going to bed aversion to: - my phone's battery drain; Even if it saves battery, it uses more than 60% of my battery during the day (so not when I'm tracking my sleep); I lowered it to about 10% or less, but now my phone keeps disconnecting. - "Outdoor Walk" will not register my walks; I think it has something to do with sharing information between apps, but I've given all the permissions I could find and it still doesn't work - blood pressure readings and cuff readings don't match exactly; It was usually around 20-30 (read 111 when I actually had 132 or higher). In "private" mode it got better, but still often by 10-20 points (it always shows 130 now, no matter if I'm at 140 or under 110). He cannot cope with BP if the person is on medication. - The time display is difficult to see from the outside. Neutral: - counts "fold clothes" in increments; I shake out each piece so it adds up for me - lights up at night when you come across it - difficulty 'finishing' a run upon completion; often moves on when I think I'm done with it. All in all - I love it and would buy it again. Keeping track of my blood pressure throughout the day just doesn't help me like I was hoping.

Pros
  • ❀All-Day Wearable Tracker: The fitness watch records your activity all day, including running mode, steps (step problems), distance, calories , Sedentary reminder, timer, stopwatch, clock, event reminder, find phone and view calls, text or calendar notifications on screen and get push notifications from your favorite apps. (Typically the battery lasts 7 days on a low load and 2 days on a high load)
