Nicely packaged compact socket set for homeowners with limited space

I hope anyone looking for professional mechanic tools can see from the pictures that this is not the case. This is a very nicely packaged and compact set of mid-sized main sockets, in both standard metric and SAE sizes. These are flat heads and probably not suitable for abuse with an impact wrench etc. The heads look very well made and are made of high quality metal. The star of this set is probably the short-handled double ratchet wrench. It has a fairly comfortable weight in hand and feels like a dedicated, professional quality instrument. Of course, "specialized" means it's a small tool designed for small spaces and is reversible to give you 3/8" and 1/4" drives on the same wrench, saving storage space and a certain versatility is added. A short handle ratchet won't give you much leverage, but I'm sure it can be used as a 'rogue' with a length of pipe to add a bit of pizzazz. This is a great set for homeowners and hobbyists to work with bikes, toys, appliances and other household chores. The addition of 1/4" and 3/8" universal joints for tight spaces, extensions for more reach, and a 1/4" screwdriver handle-like "spinner" around 1/4" sockets to start adds value and convenience. For the very budget conscious buyer, this spinner can be fitted with a 1/4" adapter for use with any of the 20 screwdriver bits, eliminating the need for a traditional screwdriver in your toolbox. Whether you're the new homeowner just starting to put together a collection of essential tools, or someone like me who already has a fairly complete collection in the garage but needs a very compact set for portability, this will do the job complete. .
