As described. Easy to assemble and put away for storage. I only gave it 4 stars because there were quite a few "splinters" at the end of about 1/3 of the pins where the pasta would hang. I simply took the soft cleaning part of a kitchen sponge and gave those ends a thorough "brushing" to try to remove or soften those pesky bits (you have to rub pretty hard to remove them or smooth them out). I don't want them in my homemade pasta. Perhaps a slightly better finish by the manufacturer (e.g. sanding the edges instead of just clipping them) would have been better and would have improved the quality of the product. Next time I'll just buy a metal or stainless steel frame.
