Review on Ascent WorkZone by Andrew Roll

Have to agree with previous reviews that say that Ascent does not provide enough features to warrant their pricing. This software should have a monthly subscription fee of $10-$15 per user and if you add a few features, like custom reports, email reminders, etc. it would be worth the money. For the price they charge, you could hire a full-time employee and they would be able to deliver better results. I do think there needs to be more than one way to access data (like from different apps) as this limits your options for future upgrades. A "backup" button or function within each database table would help. Also, when importing data into the workzone, there isn't an option to import directly from excel. That's kind of silly since most businesses don't use excel anyway.
