It was fairly simple and easy to install. I've been using it on my 2006 5.4L E250 for a few weeks and have about 1500 miles on it. In the first week my mileage went from 14.3 to 15.0. It then seems to have stabilized at an average of 15.3mpg. That is about 7% more fuel consumption. I had my doubts that I would notice a difference. But I'm surprised it actually worked. I can't say I noticed a difference in performance. But I don't drive a work truck so I don't know anyway lol.
