I think I'm still looking for a knife that looks like the one that was discarded! This isn't the case - when I use a vegetable peeler, I wish I had some veggies left over! This thing takes way too much skin - it's spicy - no problem with that - but I won't be using it on my veggies, which probably means I won't be using it! It also only saws in one direction - I had to turn the blade over. Makes it unusable for carrots.
