Review on 🔧 MaxWorks 80720 Ratchet Retractable Fittings by Doug Hook

Purchased in July 2020, little used but seemed strong enough. INSTALLATION: It's quite heavy and a helping hand is helpful if you can get it. Make sure you use studs. USES: Mainly used for light cleaning and inflation of tires, occasional pool toys or balloons. Today the spring broke, now it won't retract. I heard it click, it must have been defective or the product is just unreliable. I even tried installing a smaller and lighter hose, same thing, spring removed. I will try to get a replacement from the manufacturer as it is so new and hardly used. I will update this review to include how they support their product. From time to time you get a lemon, there are many of them, maybe I just caught a clunker with a defective spring mechanism. The difference is how the company handles it when you do it. If you consider this, I await my follow-up. If they don't do well, I would suggest not buying it.
