I love this leash. I put adjustable strap over head lay one shoulder across like x now hands-free and secure without leash slip out of my hand. I use this leash for training my puppy and helps puppy to follow me around house, also helps puppy to stay by me around house so knows that I am leader and boss. Puppy behavior great
