After I received it, I opened the bag to check and the story was confirmed! Those are clothespins! Exactly what I ordered. And, bonus, if you use them the way you should use clothespins, they work just like clothespins! I was a little nervous about ordering these because some of the other reviewers here said they were cheap or falling apart, but I didn't have that experience and am glad I bought them. They keep my clothes dry and that's why I bought them. None of them fell apart in the spring, although I think they might if I tried using them to say, pick my nose, toss a salad, or hang that rare Picasso I got from this one really cute but apparently nervous guy in a Parisian alley way back in 2010. (There's a lot of money there too!) Although I think they work well as chip clips if you want them to do more than just laundry to serve. For real. When pressed to open and released to close, they work perfectly. That's what they were created for, and that's what they're supposed to do. Would buy again.
