Needs better glue and more burrs - dent is smaller but not gone

This proved more difficult to use than I expected. Despite numerous attempts over the course of an hour using all the tabs provided, I was only able to reduce the dent in my fender, not remove it. There is a brief window in which the adhesive will adequately bond to the body - too warm or too cold and the tab will just pop out. I ended up using all of the grommets from the kit to remove a medium sized dent in an SUV fender. I've read the instructions carefully but it took me a lot of trial and error and I'm still not sure when to pull for the best hold. The end result was an improvement, but the dent is still clearly visible. If I had a few more petals I might be able to get better results. A few tips from my experience: Hold the tongue to the machine with no glue and plan how you will position the puller. Make sure the handle is adjusted properly so the receiver is in the correct spot to attach to the bar. With the glued tab in place, position the puller and then turn the adjustment screw so that it catches the tab as you pull the lever. Touch the adhesive and pull when it's still warm but no longer tacky to the touch. Try strong, gentle tension. If the tab doesn't pop out, you can pull 3/4 of the way, tighten the set screw a little more, and get a little more leverage. This probably works best on small door dents. not the fist-sized dent I was trying to get out. The puller is a solid piece of equipment, none of the grommets broke when pulled, but it's really difficult to get the glue to stick properly. On the other hand, the glue left no traces on my paintwork.
