I was so glad I ran out of this when it ran out. Once you use a protein like ON or EAS you get used to the ease of mixing and the fine grain. On the other hand, it can be lumpy and thick for some odd reason. Not to mention it contains all sorts of random things that make it overly creamy. Not my preference. I like a blended protein shake with a predictable texture. I was wondering what ingredient they used to make it so silky (not in a good way). The taste wasn't bad, but I personally don't drink protein for taste. Some yes, so excuse my sloppiness in that regard. I think this is a good powder for beginners on a budget, but if you're looking for something long-term that you'll be using for years and don't want to poison your body with all that extra junk, I'd stick with something more pure, for example natural variations of the ON or EAS protein.
