Good product. I also tried EAS Whey Protein. They are similar in how well they mix with cold water (or your beverage of choice). I usually use vanilla almond milk with protein powder. So far this product has worked well. I exercise regularly (6 days a week) but I think I need more time to see how this product affects my body. Pros: - Blends well (minimal clumping) - Tastes good (though not overly chocolatey) Cons: - Sometimes small clumps stick to the bottom of my blender if not mixed properly.

I mix it with cold water and I like it, it mixes easily and doesn't have an unpleasant aftertaste. I've tried 3 different flavors and this and the rich chocolate are about the same in taste, I can't tell any difference, the strawberry was good too, not a bad aftertaste. I was so glad I ran out of this when it ran out. Once you use a protein like ON or EAS you get used to the ease of mixing and the fine grain. On the other hand, it can be lumpy and thick for some odd reason. Not to mention it contains all sorts of random things that make it overly creamy. Not my preference.
